Jason Hsieh is has 10+ years of combined experience in the aerospace and automotive industry and was deeply involved in cutting edge technologies in rocket propulsion, electric vehicle, and electric aircraft. He found passion real estate in 2020 and has become a realtor in the bay area and out of state investor since then.

Jason is a first generation immigrant from Taiwan. He spent his teens in central NJ and later got his Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and Master's degree from Cornell University in Mechanical Engineering.

Jason is passionate about cultural cuisine and immersion, basketball, and all things real estate. He currently lives in San Jose, CA with his wife, Simmy, and Enzo the GSD. When he is not working, you will find him on local basketball courts, bike trails, reading, or entertaining Enzo.

Simmy Lu is a product marketing professional in the life science industry for over 10 years. She has taken various lab automation and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies from development to commercialization to help scientific discoveries to  advance human health.  

Simmy spent her high school years in Dallas, TX after moving from Taiwan to the U.S. at a young age. She then earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Biotechnology.

Having lived in different countries and cities throughout her life, Simmy continues to be a big travel enthusiast and adventurer for various cultural cuisine. Besides playing basketball with friends for leisure, she also enjoys outdoor activities and making the most fun out of routines together with her puppy and husband every week.
